- Advertising space on the Boracay Beach
Camera Page is sold by the square, in one square increments.
- Each square is ten [10] pixels by ten [10] pixels or one hundred [100] pixels
total.
- Each single square costs $1 (U.S.) per month.
- Minimum purchase is one square. Note: Minimum time frame
is 3 Months purchase.
- Maximum purchase are all the remaining, unsold squares at the time of purchase
(except any squares in the purchase queue ahead, earlier in time before your
order). If there is a conflict you will be notified immediately and given the
chance to re-choose your space.
- Larger ads seem to be doing much better than the rest. A 5x5 square ad is
currently getting about 10-20 clicks as a single square ad but of course
the larger ad do cost more.

Any purchase of 12 months or more and ten [10] squares and
above will receive a FREE
banner ad which will be on the Boracay Beach Camera Page, Home Page, Main
Contact Pages
in site and miscellaneous Sub Pages in the site. TravelOnline will make the banner
at your specs for FREE
or the purchaser can provide the banner
(build at specified size
as seen above) to TravelOnline and we will add your banner to the queue.

Pre-Order Steps 1. Read the Terms and Conditions below.
2. Select your desired square or set of squares (in a square/rectangular
grouping) from the unsold squares.
3. Calculate the total price of your desired square(s).
4. Create your GIF or JPEG image for the aforementioned square(s) to ensure the
look of your image is truly what you want displayed on the Boracay Beach "Live"
Camera Page.

Ordering Steps
For all orders TravelOnline suggest that a credit
card be used for purchases. Due to the special price that we offer, bank
transfer is NOT suggested because the sending and receiving fee would NOT be
cost effective.
Method 1:
Bank Deposit - If you are in the Philippines simply deposit the amount into
TravelOnline Inc. account and fax the deposit slip to TravelOnline at
+632.840.3151.
Once TravelOnline has verified the deposit, TravelOnline will immediately load
your image once received. If purchaser has purchased the 12 months to receive
the special bonus, TravelOnline will contact purchaser to create the FREE Banner
BONUS.
Method 2:
Credit Card Payment - The Philippines has a strict guideline for credit card
payments. The purpose of the bank policy for Credit Card payment is not only to
protect the seller but also the buyer. TravelOnline will email Credit Card
procedures to potential buyers upon request for space. Credit Card dollars are
automatically converted to Philippines Peso by the banks - exchange rate may
vary on Credit Card Statement. All Credit Card
information is heavily protected to insure supreme security.
Method 3:
Bank Transfer - NOT Recommended, but if purchaser
insist than procedure will be emailed to potential buyers of space. Purchaser
must pre-pay sending and receiving fees in advance so that TravelOnline will
receive the correct amount.
Method 4: In the Philippines
--- X-Deals will be considered by management of TravelOnline as exchange deal for
space. Example: Trade room nights for
ad space, airlines trade airline tickets for ad space, ad space for local ad
space, ect. All exchange deals will be considered.
How to Order
Send an e-mail to with
the following information:
1. Your first name, last name,
city, state, country, zip code, e-mail address (if not the correct e-mail
address you are sending order from), and company name (if applicable).
2. Your full phone number (including country and/or area code) and the best time
we can reach you if we have questions regarding your current order.
3. The name of the web site you will be linking to.
4. The full URL of the web site's page you will be linking to (we recommend the
web site's homepage). Please include the "http://".
5. The numerical row and column number of the square you wish to "buy". If
"buying" a set of squares (in a larger square or rectangular grouping), also
include the count of squares across and down that are to be included in your
order or directions from nearest ad. Remember, for multiple purchases, please
submit a separate payment and order for each grouping.
6. The alternate image text (the "ALT" text) you want displayed in a mouseover
of your image. Please try to limit the "ALT" text to fifty [50] characters or
less.
7. Wait for a return e-mail from www.boracaylive.com. It will either be an
acceptance letter or a denial letter with information on why your submission was
denied.
If you are accepted, your image should appear on the Boracay Beach Camera Page
within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions
1.
When you "Rent" a square or square(s), you are not buying any part of the Boracay
Beach Camera Page, homepage or any part of
www.boracaylive.com web site. Instead, you are only being granted, upon our
acceptance of your submission and the subsequent receipt of purchase funds, the
right to display your image based web link on our Boracay Beach Camera Page in
the respective location you selected and that we approved of for the guaranteed
span of time at purchase.
2.
Each order is for one square/rectangular region comprised of one or more
squares. To purchase complex or distributed sets of squares, please place a
separate order for each square/rectangular grouping of squares.
3.
Submitted links must point to legitimate web pages only (i.e. no FTP, mail-to,
etc.).
4.
We do not accept web sites that display or promote obscene/mature, offensive,
hateful, or illegal subject matter to be determined at our discretion. If at a
later time the content of the accepted site that the "link" is linked to changes
to display or promote obscene/mature, offensive, hateful, or illegal subject
matter, your image and link will be taken down until the infraction is
corrected. If the infraction is not corrected within thirty [30] U.S. secular
calendar days, you forfeit your square(s), which will become publicly available
for rent by others, and you will not receive a refund. We are not
responsible during this "downtime" for any diminished or lost web traffic and/or
earnings.
5.
All order submissions are subject to our approval. We have the right to refuse
service.
You must have the legal authority to promote the web site you are submitting as
well as the legal authority to use the image and link you are submitting.
6.
Submitted images must be the exact size (in pixels) of the square(s) being
purchased in your current order.
7.
Submitted images must be in a GIF or JPEG format.
8.
Submitted links must begin with the customary "http://".
9.
Once your accepted image and link are on the Boracay Beach Camera Page you will only be able to
change the image or link by way of either:
-----having a documented and binding court decision (i.e. lawsuits/judgments against
you) that requires changes to said image and/or link, or
your allotted time of rent has ended and you wish to extend or renew rental
contract then the link and image can be changed at the end of your rental
agreement.
10.
If your image and link are accepted and published on the Boracay Beach Camera
Page, you will not
be eligible for a refund for any reason.
11.
If for any reason of your choosing you wish for your image and link to be
removed from the Boracay Beach Camera Page, your request will be granted but you will not receive
a refund and all square(s) associated with said image and link will become
publicly available for rent by others.
12.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions to better serve our
customers as we see fit.
As with any web site, we will have occasional downtime for maintenance. We are
also not responsible for outages due to natural disasters or due to things
outside of our control.
13.
Your purchase funds must be fully received and cleared before your square(s)
appear on our Boracay Beach Camera Page.
Once your purchase funds have cleared our bank (Credit Card, Deposit or wire transfers), you will be sent an e-mail notification of the fund clearance
and your image and link will then be live within 48 hours of said e-mail.
14. Images must NOT be animated
