IBM Daksh Philippines Business Unit

IBM Daksh, one of India's largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies, also has an overseas delivery center in Manila, in the Philippines. It's a state of the art facility that provides a full-service BPO operation. The center offers customer service, technical support and back-office transaction processing services.
IBM Daksh's move into the Philippines -the first Indian BPO company to start operations there - signals an intent to become one of the largest BPO companies in the Asia-Pacific region.
The center is managed by an experienced team that has clocked up 114 years of cumulative working experience, with 44 years in the customer care and call center industry.
