Calypso Diving Boracay Information list 33 dive sites around Boracay within 45 minutes of the dive shop, Calypso Diving Boracay which offers 10 - 12 different trips each day allowing you to choose the location and departure time. Boracay diving sites range from easy coral drop offs to the excitement of deep walls and strong drifts so there's something for everyone to experience. Here is a description of just a few that we visit regularly. 
Advance Diving
  • Yapak 15 minutes wall from 35-60 meters (40 meter limit on all fun dives), strong currents bring in the Big fish; shark, barracuda, tuna.
  • Chimney 10 minutes 40 meters dive to the wall Big fish and swim through.
  • Shark Cave 15 minutes 35 meters Drift dive to visit the shark in its cave.
  • Lapu Wall 35 minutes 35 meter wall shark, turtle, rays.
The ultimate dive on Boracay is Yapak, the reason why dive instructors and seasoned divers keep coming back to Boracay.

If you're lucky, Yapak can be a world-class dive, but it is only for experienced divers, due to the depth and strong currents.
Novice Diving
  • Valley 20 minutes tunnel through the island followed by wall dive with soft coral, many species of lion fish, nudibranch and scorpion fish. Max depth is 16 meters.
  • Crocodile Island 15 minutes wall from 3-20 meters soft coral small cavans containing a wide selection of coral fish, scorpion fish, morays, Nudibranch
  • Friday's Rock 10 minutes 16 meters fish feeding.
  • Santos Place 10 minutes wall from 8-25 meters hard coral stingrays, morays, scorpion fish
  • Laurel 15 minutes wall from 10 -20 meters soft coral
  • Nasog Point 25 minutes wall from 3 - 35 meters canyons schools of snapper
Day Trips
Two spectacular wall dives in Panay (40 minutes away) with barbeque lunch on the beach.

Black Rock 40 minutes wall from 3- 30 meters spectacular gorgonian fan, families of lion fish.

Buruanga 35 minutes wall from 3-35 meters 2 swim through, hard coral.
