I. HOTEL/PHILIPPINE PACKAGES RESERVATION ONLY: 
Upon receiving the hotel confirmation, TravelOnline.ph Inc. will retrieve the reservation using the corresponding tracking number called the Reservation Number or by the clients name.
 
A. Hotels, Airfare and transfer/ Packages - See Modes of Payment below for more information.
TravelOnline Itinerary Voucher will be issued through email, fax or personally upon payment along with any necessary documents pertaining to the client’s booking.
 
B. Postpaid Hotels – Currently this option is NOT available and to avail the site discounts payments must be made in advance. Pre-Pay Policy is enforced by most resorts and hotels in the Philippines.
   
II. RESORT RESERVATION ONLY: 
TravelOnline will send the resort confirmation details with the summary of all the charges and an Option Date (Due Date/Deadline of Payment) to settle the guest's total charges. Failure to meet the Option Date would mean automatic cancellation of the booking. Please see Modes of Payment below. 

A. Resort/Package Itinerary Voucher will be issued through email, fax or personally after payment. 

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation of bookings made after paying for the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) room night or ten percent of the booking cost.  Further penalties will be imposed depending on the type of season (lean or peak) the reservation has been made and according to the policy and cancellation guidelines enforce by the hotel/resort that was purchased. Cancellation of reservation during Peak Season will mean forfeiture of the full payment. Details of lean and peak season dates are seen in the rates page of each resort website and give upon inquiry of  packages. 

REFUND:
In some cases where refund will occur, please be advised that the refund will be in the form of Cash or Check. For clients that have paid by credit card, refund will be credited back to credit card minus penalties (if any apply).    

III. AIRLINE TICKETS
Upon confirmation of flight reservations, TravelOnline.ph Inc. will send the flight itinerary (schedules and total charges) to the customer through email or fax. All flight reservations are tracked using a unique reservation locator number directly with the domestic airlines. See Modes of Payment below.

1. CASH.
Guest making cash payments can easily deposit at any BDO directly into TravelOnline account and email or fax proof of deposit.

2. BANK TRANSFER.
Guest can deposit to the bank account below.

 Note: The guests are responsible for additional bank charges if the bank requires it for sending and receiving. 

3. CREDIT CARD.
TravelOnline accepts most credit cards  Upon approval of payment and submission of all required documents, TravelOnline will issue a Itinerary TravelOnline voucher and/or airlines tickets as proof that the reservation was made under TravelOnline .   

4. CHECKS – Checks are accepted, but Itinerary TravelOnline Voucher or airline tickets will not be released until check has cleared.
Take note: TravelOnline will accept on a case by case situation according to option date to pay by date is not affected by the check clearance time. TravelOnline agent will advise on this matter to the client.  
Note: It's very important to fulfil all the requirements otherwise; your confirmed booking will be AUTO-CANCELLED.  

Ticket Delivery Options 
1. PICK-UP FROM OUR OFFICE. E-Tickets may be pick up from office. 
2. DELIVERY WITHIN METRO MANILA. – FREE in Metro Manila but NOT a common practice due to automation to E Ticketing.  
3. DELIVERY THROUGH COURIER SERVICE. This option is for deliveries outside Metro Manila. Tickets will be delivered to the hotel/home address you will provide us with. We charge a service fee of not less than 400 for this option. 
4. PICK-UP AT THE AIRPORT. For those who have connecting flights or those who wish to get their tickets upon arrival, our office staff could deliver the ticket/s upon providence of the flight details i.e. time, airline etc. We charge a service fee of not less than PhP400 for this option.  5. DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES. Tickets will be delivered to the hotel/home address you will provide us with. Service fee is dependent on courier delivery charges.
