Booking Terms and Conditions
No reservation will be confirmed unless a fifty percent (50%) deposit has been received. First come, first served. Balance of payment together with a (25%) security deposit is due at check-in. Forfeiture of thirty percent (30%) of the deposit and fifty percent (50%) of the full payment in case of cancellations not made within ten (10) days of check-in date.
