CONDITIONS:

·         Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax as mandated by the government

·         Above rates are for single or double occupancy and are inclusive of buffet breakfast and roundtrip land and sea transfers for 2 persons (Via Caticlan)

Extra Person Rates: Per Night Rate includes Room, Daily Breakfast, Roundtrip Transfers (via Caticlan) and all taxes.

·         An additional Php 4,400.00 shall be applied for triple occupancy extra person cost for Deluxe and Premier Rooms which are subject to 10% Shangri-La resort service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax  plus PHP1500 nett cost for round trip transfers via Caticlan. (Maximum in Deluxe and Premier room is 3 Guest)

* Additional Php6, 600 shall be applied for triple occupancy extra person cost for All Villas which are subject to 10% Shangri-La resort service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax  plus PHP1500 nett cost for round trip transfers via Caticlan.(Maximum in Pool Villa is 3 Guest and 2 bedroom Villas - 4 Guest)

* Additional Php8, 800 shall be applied for triple occupancy extra person cost for Presidential Villa which are subject to 10% Shangri-La resort service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax  plus PHP1500 nett cost for round trip transfers via Caticlan.
