Sheridan Boracay Resort is owned and operated by Jeco Development Corporation.

Sheridan Boracay Location: Upon arrival at the port of tambisaan (supposing guests arrive when it is habagat season), One would have to ride a multi cab or a tricycle going to the beach strip of station 1 to station 3. Our edge is that we are the closest Boracay resort to the tambisaan port. We are the first cemented left turning road before the market and Boracay mall.
Upon turning left, go to the edge of the road that leads to manoc-manoc beachfront. Upon reaching the beach road (the govt declared ten meter white sand road right above the shoreline), what you will see to the right corner of the road end is the Alyssa beach resort and to your left is a corner vacant lot. The guest would then have to turn left heading towards the vacant lot side, then they would pass red pirates pub, then Pizzaria Mario?s, then they would see our metal post signage and our red bricked walk way. The guest would then just have to follow the red brick walkway towards the back of the pizzeria. Our huge wooden gates would welcome them.

Sheridan Boracay  location form boat station 3: Upon going down from the boat station 3, guests would have to walk towards the left most end of the beach road. They would pass along the lines of surf side resort, Alyssa resort, red pirate's pub, Mario's pizzeria, and then they would see our sign post.

Part of our marketing strategy is to always train our product and service offering to always have unique selling edges. We do this in the hope that one of these edges will become that one thing that would generate us that elusive stream of unseen and unstoppable profit. Plus, with this type of marketing, risk reversal as it is called; it would be easier to succeed than to fail. And it would keep generating multidimensional, out of the box effects that we hope would lead to spontaneous implosions of productive energy.

The following are some of the unique selling advantages that we have developed:
1. We are the only resort that specializes in live coral reef tours.
Aptly located near our resort is the only live coral reef habitat with 99% preservation and shallow depth visibility quality.
2. We are the only resort that allows (10) ten persons in one unit which means our clients don't have to rent many rooms if they're a big group.
3. We accept credit card payments.
4. Since Boracay is 3km long, we assist guests with Station 1 to Station 3 shuttles.
5. By enlisting as one of our referring customers, our guests? next vacation to Boracay may be for FREE.
6. We are the only resort that doesn't charge for bed and bath accessories.
7. We make available all Boracay tours and island/water activities so our guests can maximize their vacation through us.
8. We've slashed out Super Peak rates on monthly booked guests.
9. We are the only resort to have our own Theme Tour and Big Group Vacation Packages.
-----The theme tour is our external economy/shareholder product and service integration effort. We hope that this will become the seed concept to bolster the whole station 3 side. We hope that surrounding investors would catch on the concept of developing further a more creative attraction to tourist, and not just bank on nightlife. We hope that getting more people involved would increase business traffic and multiple wins for everybody.
-----The Big Group package is a product of environment scanning and unique selling edge training. We're the only resort big enough to accommodate a group of ten; thereby big groups wouldn't have to pay for a lot of rooms when they go to Boracay.

One of the companies? subsidiary company is Sheridan Marketing Incorporated. Since, Sheridan Boracay is Jeco's bread winner; they opted to carry over that name to their new investment into a chain of resorts which they envision in the future to become a hotel chain. Hence our name is Sheridan Villas Boracay. But on the internet, we opted to cut our URL shorter to Boracaysheridan.com. We hoped that by putting Boracay first instead of Sheridan, we would have a better chance of making top list among search engine results.
Our road map right now is to start off with a pilot project in station 3 of Boracay, then move on to build on the other beach lots that we have already acquired. Our next move right now is to build, market, and operate our Php 100 million Sabang, Palawan hotel after our Boracay station 3. Then we will go back to Build, market, and operate our station 1 hotel in Boracay.
