YES - the cost is PHP100 or $2 per ticket.

Free baggage allowance is 10 kilos per passenger, an additional amount of P40/kilo is charged in excess of the allowed weight.

Yes, you'll have to pay P100.00 for your terminal fee out of Manila Domestic Airport.

What time should I check-in at the airport?
Check-in time is one (1) hour prior to the given flight schedule.
